Not a stock shape.
A drive shaped like your mascot, product or logo. The process is straightforward; the constraints are the mould, the material and the MOQ.
Custom-shaped drives are made from a new mould. That is the whole difference — and the reason the MOQ is higher than a stock model.
PVC and silicone are the most common materials because they mould well and feel soft. ABS works for a harder shell; metal is possible for a premium piece but the tooling cost is higher. We will recommend the material based on the shape and the budget.
The constraints
- MOQ 100 pcs for most custom shapes.
- About 20 days from artwork approval, plus delivery.
- Artwork needs a clean vector or a high-resolution reference.
- Tooling is quoted separately and confirmed before we cut.
Brief & sketch
Send a reference, a mascot or a rough sketch. We confirm the shape, material and MOQ (100 pcs).
Mould & sample
Tooling is cut, a pre-production sample is made with your artwork, and you approve the proof.
Production
The mould runs, drives are assembled and data-tested, then packed. About 20 days from approval.
