These terms govern your use of this website and the quotes and orders placed through it. By using the site you agree to them.

USB Foundry is the trading name for this store. Company registration details are available on request.

Quotes

Prices are quoted per project and depend on capacity, print method, packaging, quantity and freight. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Production starts after artwork approval and deposit.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us. We use it only to produce your order and do not claim ownership of your brand.

Products

Product photographs and specifications are indicative. Colour, material and capacity may vary slightly between production batches. We confirm the critical details on the proof.

Shipping and risk

Lead times are estimates and start after approval and deposit. Risk passes according to the shipping terms confirmed on the invoice. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Warranty

Drives carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover data loss, physical damage or misuse. Please keep a backup of any data you load.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
