Resource / Artwork

Send your best.

A good proof starts with a good file. Here's what to send, what to avoid, and how we check it before production.

01 — Files

Vector first.

PDF, EPS or AI with fonts outlined is the safest format. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest version you have — 300 dpi at final print size is the target.

We can redraw a simple mark if needed; complex artwork may need a small setup fee, confirmed before we start.

What to avoid
  • Low-resolution screenshots or images from a website
  • Hairlines under 0.25 pt — they disappear in print
  • RGB colours you need matched exactly; send the Pantone instead
  • Text that hasn't been outlined
Print areas
Front and back print areas vary by model. We confirm the exact safe zone on the proof — send your artwork and the model and we'll mark it up.
Pantone matching
Send the PMS code. We match on the shell and packaging and confirm the closest production colour on the physical proof.

02 — The proof

Three steps.

01

Send the source

Vector PDF, EPS or AI with fonts outlined. High-resolution PNG or JPG can work for simple marks.

02

We check the print area

Every model has a different front and back area. We confirm the safe zone and line weights before proofing.

03

Approve the proof

A free digital proof shows placement, colour and packaging. Nothing goes to production without your sign-off.

Artwork

Ready when you are.

Send the file and the model. We'll check the print area and come back with a free digital proof.
